Daniel C. Parks
Vice President, Private Credit
Daniel Parks is a Vice President on Bow River Capital’s Private Credit Team. In this role, Daniel is responsible for investment research, due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction management.
Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Daniel was an Associate Director at Capital Solutions where he was responsible for market and valuation analysis, due diligence, thesis generation, term sheet creation and negotiations and deal closing activities. Prior to that, Daniel was an analyst at Global High Yield where he supported nine portfolio managers with due diligence and the presentation of investment committee memos and recommendations.
Daniel graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration.
